On our last day in North Carolina Stacie and I went to Furbish. Unfortunately, my iphoto library was damaged and I lost some of my photos - but you can check out lots of their goods online now. Owner Jaime Meares has filled the store with bright graphic prints, full on color, and quirky but chic objects. Her ability to uniquely mix prints sets her store apart. She also has a fantastic assortment of books - I couldn't leave without picking up a copy of The Perfectly Imperfect Home Deborah Needleman with illustrations by Virginia Johnson. I highly recommend visiting Furbish if you live in the area, and if not check out their website!
